Been a long time!!

Hey Ya'll, it's been a LONG time since I've blogged but I decided today was a great day to get back into the swing of things!

It's time to get back to business....

I dont know how many of you know, but on Feb 12th we had a fire in our home. My ribbon was toast....as well as all my supplies. So my bowmaking days were cut short...BUT...I have a few things again and I'm back up and going! I'll get back to where I was but it will take sometime..so please bare with me! :)

Starting school.....

Well I have to say after enrolling the three kids for school this year and carrying another....I am in a bit of disbelief about their ages and mine too for that fact! Yes, it's true I just hit the big 30 as everyone keeps calling it...not sure if "they" do it to scare me or just annoy me lol. Looking back, I can still remember the days I had each of my babies and I cant believe the time has passed like it has. James and I have been together for 14 years now and that one shocks me as well! Mekayellah is now a second grader, Peyton is a kindergardener (now it's all day!!!), and my little Dawson is in 4K and attends Peep's in the afternoons 3 days a week. I find myself in an empty house most of the days and it's so strange! I am usually ready to go get Dawson by 9 lol!! I took some pics of the kids with their new teachers and right before we left the house (they were actually in a loving mood) I am going to share them with you! Enjoy!

The joys and giggles of motherhood!

My kids are just the craziest, funniest, and smartest kids I have ever been around! Some of the things my sons say just crack me up...my 5yr old Peyton was in the backseat with me on our trip to see Mee Mee in the neighboring town. We were almost to her house and we turned by the new gas station and a truck that was a little different looking was in front of us...he is so inquisitive btw...he asked me "mommy what kind of truck is that?" I looked and it said the name of a plumbing company. So I told him it was a plumber...he proceeded to say "Look he's going into the gas station....something there must need plumbed." I was giggling because he is just too smart for his own good so a comment like this was just the norm for him...but he wasn't 5 just yet and I was thinking to myself "I better brush up on some classes or something because my 4 1/2 year old is going to be smarter than me!!" lol.
